BRAND NEW | Cozy | Luxurious | Near Downtown

One of the best rental places I have stayed. It was very reasonably priced and perfect for me while I attended an event over 3 days at the IN State Fairgrounds. Suni was so nice & immediately responded to my message when I arrived after dark & was confused about accessing the space. The apartment was beautifully decorated, super clean, & very quiet. I loved the coffee & tea options and the media options on the television. Suni provided me with great recommendations for dinner & other places I may be interested in seeing the area. If I am ever in the area again, I will stay here again.

i loved everything it was clean nice love the style. Host was amazing communication was good and fast. I loved it will stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient for going to the Indiana State Fairgrounds. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host has put thought into all the little things that make a great stay. Parking was easy and was very close to places to eat and things to do. Our two night stay made it easy. The neighbor is quiet and we felt very safe. Not being "city people" this was important to us. This will be our go to stay for Indianapolis!

It was a great stay for a quick getaway. Area was great. Cleanliness was spot on.

I highly recommend this place. It was the perfect place to stay for me. Great location, amenities, and charm, not to mention that Sunitha was immediately responsive and helpful.
